  • Search Your Inbox: Use the search function in your email and type keywords related to Dental Practice Resources or the course name (OSHA or HIPAA)
  • Still Can't Find It? If you're unable to locate the email, contact our support team at info@dentalpracticeresources.com with your full name and course details. We can resend the necessary information.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

  • Navigate to the "Completed Courses or Certificates" - section under your profile.
  • Select the course - which you need the certificate.
  • Look for the "Certificate" button” and click on it.
  • Download or print your certificate as needed.

How can I access course resources for future reference?

Please access your course before your desired training dates to ensure a smooth experience without interruptions. Upon receiving the email with your course links, please log in, note your username and password, and verify that you can view the content without any issues.
