Online Training  LMS System Requirements

To effectively use our Online Training Modules, it's important to ensure that your system meets the necessary technical requirements. Below are the general system requirements for accessing and using our online training modules: 

Browser Requirements:

Our LMS is compatible with the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome: Latest two versions (Preferred)
  • Mozilla Firefox: Latest two versions
  • Microsoft Edge: Latest two versions
  • Safari: Latest two versions
  • Opera: Latest two versions
  • Note: JavaScript and cookies must be enabled in your browser settings for the platform to function correctly. 

Operating Systems:

Our LMS can be accessed from a variety of operating systems, including:

  • Windows: Windows 7 and above
  • macOS: macOS 10.12 (Sierra) and above
  • Linux: Most modern distributions
Internet Connection:

A stable internet connection is crucial for accessing our LMS. A minimum download speed of 1 Mbps is recommended for smooth operation, especially when streaming video content.

Screen Resolution: 

For optimal viewing, a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels is recommended.

Mobile Devices:

Our LMS is mobile-friendly and can be accessed through mobile browsers or via the mobile app. The app is available for:

  • iOS: iOS 11.0 and above
  • Android: Android 5.0 and above

Additional Software:

  • Some course materials may require additional software, such as:
  • PDF Reader: For accessing PDF documents (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader)
  • Office Suite: For viewing and editing documents, spreadsheets, or presentations (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Docs)
  • Video Player: For playing multimedia content, a modern video player (e.g., VLC Media Player) may be required.

Hardware Requirements:

  • CPU: A modern processor (Intel Core i3 or equivalent) is recommended.
  • RAM: At least 4 GB of RAM for smooth operation, especially when multitasking or accessing multimedia-rich content.
  • Audio: Speakers or headphones and a microphone for courses that include audio content or require participation in live sessions.
