Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Some products and services offered by Dental Practice Resources, LLC are available on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the subscription term, recurring billing, automatic renewal, and cancellation terms disclosed at the time of purchase and described below.

Focus Membership — 12-Month Commitment

Focus Membership requires an initial 12-month commitment, regardless of the billing option selected.

Customers may choose to pay the annual membership fee in full or, when available, pay the annual membership fee in monthly installments. Selecting monthly billing does not create a month-to-month membership and does not shorten the 12-month commitment.

By enrolling in Focus Membership with monthly billing, you authorize Dental Practice Resources to charge the payment method on file for each scheduled monthly payment throughout the 12-month membership term.

Cancellation during the current 12-month term does not eliminate or reduce the remaining payment obligation for that term. Any remaining scheduled monthly payments will continue through the end of the 12-month commitment.

Automatic Renewal

At the end of the 12-month membership term, Focus Membership will automatically renew for another 12-month term unless cancellation is requested in accordance with this policy.

The billing method selected for the membership will continue for the renewal term unless otherwise changed or agreed upon.

Cancellation of Renewal

To prevent Focus Membership from renewing for another 12-month term, a cancellation request must be received by Dental Practice Resources at least 30 days before the scheduled renewal date.

Please include the name of the practice or organization and sufficient information for us to identify the membership.

A cancellation request stops the membership from renewing at the end of the current 12-month term. It does not cancel the current term or any remaining payments associated with that term.

For example, a customer enrolled in a 12-month Focus Membership who chooses monthly billing remains responsible for all 12 monthly payments. Requesting cancellation during that period will prevent the next 12-month renewal, provided the cancellation request is received at least 30 days before the renewal date.

Access Following Cancellation

When a membership is canceled in accordance with this policy, access will continue through the end of the current paid 12-month membership term. Membership access and included benefits will end when that term expires.

Subscription Fees and Refunds

Payments made toward a current subscription term are generally non-refundable, and cancellation does not result in a refund or credit for amounts already paid.

For customers paying a 12-month commitment in monthly installments, cancellation does not waive any remaining payments due for the current membership term.

Any refund eligibility outside these subscription terms is governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Other Subscriptions

Other subscription products or services offered by Dental Practice Resources may have different subscription terms, billing frequencies, or cancellation requirements. Any terms specific to a particular subscription will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
